The Benefits of Exogenous Xylanase in Wheat–Soy Based Broiler Chicken Diets, Consisting of Different Soluble Non-Starch Polysaccharides Content

نویسندگان

چکیده

Four wheat-based diets with either a low soluble content of non-starch polysaccharides (NSPs, 13 g/kg); viscosity, LV) or high NSPs (33.5 g/kg; HV), and without exogenous xylanase (XYL), were fed to male Ross 308 broiler chickens from 7 21 days age. The enzyme was supplemented at 100 FXU/kg diet, its preparation based on endo-1,4-beta-xylanase produced by Aspergillus oryzae. Each diet eight pens, five birds in each pen, following randomisation. Chicks XYL had an improved feed efficiency, hepatic coenzyme Q10, caecal butyric acid concentration, nitrogen digestibility (p < 0.05) increased dietary ME 0.001). Compared HV, LV reduced weight proventriculus, gizzard the pancreas higher blood glutathione peroxidase 0.05), but no differences observed nutrient growth performance variables. This also suggests that may tolerate greater content; thus, further benefits be obtained application energy diets.

The effects of non-starch polysaccharides content of wheat and xylanase supplementation on the intestinal amylase, aminopeptidase and lipase activities, ileal viscosity and fat digestibility in layer diet

The effects of non-starch polysaccharide (NSP) content of wheat and xylanase supplementation (XS) of the diet, on intestinal enzyme activity (amylase, aminopeptidase and lipase), fat digestibility and ileal viscosity of laying hens has been studied. Two hundred forty Hy-Line W-36 layer from 20 to 25 week of age were studied under a factorial experiment (4×2) in completely randomized design with...

Non Starch Polysaccharides and Broiler Responses

The present study was conducted to investigate the effects of various pectin to cellules ratios on carcass characteristics and visceral organs of broiler chickens. A total of 400 chickens were allocated to 4 treatments, 4 replications and 25 chickens in each at a completely randomize design. Treatments were consisted of control (treatment 1) or diets containing different pectin: cellulose ratio...
